I'm supposed to workout today, but I was up at 3:30 and really didn't get back to sleep after that so I was too tired this morning and Tim and I ahve a date tonite - bug free. My plan is to workout twice on either saturday or sunday. We have plans to go to a festival on saturday, so we'll see. <br/>

<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">I went about my rash, which it seems is most likeley an allergic reaction to something. But the important thing here is that they weighted me on the digital scale which is always a few pounds higher than my scale at home and I weighed in at 226.  Not a huge difference I realize, but still I lost weight. I also managed (forced myself) to do 40 minutes on the treadmiill last night. It's hard because Rhys is going through a phase where he only wants me, so when I give him to Tim he usually cries the first few minutes. Poor Tim, he must be getting frustrated with it, but he's been pretty good. <br/>

I was hoping to get in a half hour of free weights this morning, but I opted for the extra half hour of sleep instead. In good news though, Rhys slept from 10:30 last night until 5:30 this morning when we had to wake him up to get him ready leave. If this keeps up, I may actually start getting a decent nights sleep soon.</div>

Saturday the bug was still sick so taking him out wasn't really a good idea, and Sunday the weather was really crappy, so now walks or tennis. Additionally, I've discovered my husband has been adding "flavor" to my food. Ie, butter(?) or White chocolate hot cocoa mix in my oatmeal. I've only gained back 2 pounds from the great food poisoning of 2005 though, so that's pretty good.   Of course I still weigh 228 pounds (ouch, did I actually just admit that!) <br/>
<br/>I thought I'd try and get up and work out this morning. But the bug was up every two hours last night, so I was barely able to get up for work. I think I'm going to have to get over my guilt of working out in the evenings - that and Tim is going to ahve to spend just a little less time making dinner (he's averaging an hour and half to make a meal - sometimes longer) and make himself available to watch the bug so I can work out. Problem is that lately Tim's idea of hanging out with his son is to watch TV with him. It would be one thing if he was watching Baby Einstein DVD's or somthing like that, but last night they were watching Ocean's Eleven while I was cleaning the kitchen. I actually have to turn the TV off to get my husbands attention sometimes. <br/>
<br/>Sorry, enough venting. I relaly ahve to learn to let this stuff go, otherwise I won;t have enough energy to gripe about the fact that he put red socks on my sons feet to go with the orange and blue onsie he was wearing!</div>

<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Went to the doctor's today to get antibiotics for this cold.  Had to get on the scale, per usual.<br/>
<br/>It's been about a year since my last visit - and when the woman said my weight from last year I said "I imagine it's about the same" but no - I was 9 pounds lighter.<br/>
<br/>This was especially pleasing, as I've eaten terribly in the past week, and am pretty sure I've put a pound or two back on.<br/>
<br/>So - 9 pounds in a year isn't phenomenal - but it's been consistent - considering I am now about 45 pounds below my highest weight.<br/>
<br/>Another 40 and I'll be about where I want to be. :)</div>
